Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have proper authorization, ownership, or explicit written permission before scanning, testing, monitoring, or assessing any domain, application, API, server, network, IP address, cloud environment, or digital asset using this platform. Unauthorized, illegal, malicious, abusive, or unethical scanning and testing activities are strictly prohibited.
Pentoolkit and its owner do not support, encourage, promote, or take responsibility for any illegal activities, unauthorized penetration testing, exploitation attempts, data theft, service disruption, or misuse of the platform. Any user found engaging in unauthorized or malicious activities may have their access suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities if required by law.
All scan targets, uploaded assets, generated reports, configurations, logs, and assessment results submitted or created by users remain the sole property and responsibility of the respective user or organization. Pentoolkit does not claim ownership over user-generated security data. However, limited processing and temporary storage of data may occur for operational, reporting, analytics, debugging, monitoring, scheduling, and security purposes necessary to provide the service.
While Pentoolkit implements reasonable security measures to help protect user information and platform integrity, no internet-based platform or system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online systems, cybersecurity tools, cloud services, and automated scanning technologies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, API keys, credentials, tokens, uploaded data, and associated access permissions. Any activity performed through a user account shall be considered the responsibility of the account owner.
